The word "psyche" is the totality of mind, both conscious and unconscious, and it embodies soul and its wisdom. When we tap into our creative consciousness we can transform our lives in a powerful way. Connecting into the deeper part of psyche, we can create shifts in our lives by moving past limiting beliefs. By tapping into our intuitive wisdom, we can build a better relationship with ourselves and be in the flow of life and possibility. 


Our unconscious mind runs 95% of our lives

The unconscious minds stores information and runs programs in our body and our lives. Many of those programs were formed as reactions to events from the past to keep us safe and protected in some way. They are emotional patterns that can get triggered by new events, and will show up as unwanted behaviors and limiting beliefs. And, all of this happens unconsciously, without you being aware of it. So when you think the same thing keeps happening to you, it does. But it doesn't have to be that way.

Are you ready for a change?

Like a train, the subconscious shuttles between the conscious and unconscious mind, and  processes 500,000 times more information than the conscious mind. It lives in present time, exists in the "I am" and accepts your imagination as real. The subconscious is the creative part of your mind and, it can learn new ways of being.
